Frequently Asked Questions

What artwork do you require.

Most file types are fine. (eg JPEG, bitmap, eps, pdf). If you need help emailing your logo or ideas regarding your logo please call or email and we will do our best to help.

Will you supply smaller orders then 50.

Yes we are happy to supply orders as small as 20. Just email us your logo and the item number of the cap or hat your after and we will email you a competitive quote.

How large can our logo be embroidered.

Up to 62mm high on most caps, Bucket hats are slightly less and visors are around 35mm.
The recommended maximum width is 120mm. For your phone number or website on the back a maximum of 110mm is possible on most styles.

Can we get a final proof of our embroidered logo before you start printing our order.

Yes we email through a photo of a finished cap to meet with your approval before we start printing your order.

Are there other styles of caps and hats available that are not listed on your website

Yes there are many more. Just email us if you require another style that is not listed.

Is all your work embroidered in house.

Yes all our caps are embroidered by us on our machines. There is no double handling of
your order.

How long will my order take.

Subject to stock availability orders usually take 10 working days.

Your price included up to 6000 stitches, will that be enough for my logo.

Around 70% of logo’s require no more then 6000 stitches. But as logo’s vary so
greatly it is always best to email through your design for us to confirm the price.

What are your payment terms.

After you have approved your final artwork payment in full is then required before we start production.
